JUTAIPEEK®WR01 ,wear-resistant polyetheretherketone rod, WR01 ROD has the lowest wear rate and highest PV rating among all ketone-based polymers. It is the original material for bearing-grade PEEK and remains the most sought-after material among bearing-grade 10-10-10 PEEK materials. PEEK 450FC30 contains 10% graphite, 10% carbon fiber, and 10% PTFE powder, and is unaffected by repeated high-pressure sterilization, making it an ideal choice for bushings and gears in reusable medical devices. PEEK 450FC30 meets FDA standards for direct food contact applications and complies with the most stringent flammability and low smoke generation requirements of the aerospace industry.



Wear resistance PEEK Rods’ tribological applications for high strength. Excellent wear resistance, extremely low coefficient of friction, and low thermal expansion coefficient. Its strength, temperature resistance, and chemical resistance make it a candidate for dynamic applications that require long service life in harsh environments. In many applications, it can be used without external lubrication

● Electrostatic dissipative components

● Valve seats, sealing surfaces



Use a lathe or milling machine to remove the surface heat treatment aging layer, generally removing 0.5-1mm.
For milling, choose PCD-coated tools.
For drilling, use PCD-coated drill bits, and follow the principle of drilling a pilot hole before enlarging.
During processing, ensure sufficient coolant to prevent material burning or tool sticking.
It is recommended to use water-soluble cutting fluids.


Storage Instructions:
Keep away from light, moisture, and oily substances.
If not in use, wrap it properly with film.
