PEEK natural sheet is a high-temperature engineering thermoplastic plastic sheet profile that exhibits outstanding chemical resistance, fatigue resistance, and thermal stability. plastic polyether ether ketone has excellent mechanical and electrical properties, with a maximum continuous operating temperature of 260°C, and it maintains its mechanical performance exceptionally well in steam or high-pressure water environments up to 200°C-250°C.

Instructions for Use:
For turning or milling, remove the surface heat treatment aging layer, generally removing 0.5-1 mm.
Select tungsten carbide aluminum cutting tools for milling operations.
For drilling, start with a small hole and then enlarge it, avoiding the use of large diameter drill bits for direct drilling whenever possible.
During the machining process, maintain sufficient coolant to prevent burning and adhesion of the material to the tool.
It is recommended to use water-soluble cutting fluids.

Product Storage Instructions:
Store in a dry, dark place, away from oily substances.
If not in use, please wrap the product in plastic film.
