JUTAIPEEK®WR01, Wear resistance PEEK SHEET is a wear-resistant polyetheretherketone (PEEK) profile. WR stands for Wear Resistance. WR01 is a PEEK product modified with 10% PTFE, 10% graphite powder, and 10% carbon fiber.
This product features a low friction coefficient, high wear resistance, and self-lubricating properties, making it a bearing-grade PEEK composite material. It is suitable for applications in polymer bearings, gears, dynamic seals, and other fields, especially for friction applications that require low noise, low vibration, and resistance to corrosive media.

The applied load is 0.35MPa and the rubbing velocity is 2m/s.
