JUTAIPEEK®CF30. Polyether Ether Ketone CF30 rod, virgin PEEK CF30 rod.
PEEK CF30 Rod, Continuous Extrusion PEEK rod with 30% short-cut carbon fiber. Compared to glass fiber-reinforced PEEK materials, this product offers higher mechanical strength and elastic modulus, significantly improved thermal deformation temperature, and better wear resistance. Additionally, its thermal conductivity is greatly enhanced, facilitating better heat dissipation.
This product can be used in high-temperature environments that require resistance to high stress or friction and wear, such as semiconductor processing, precision bearings, mechanical load-bearing components, and pressure pipelines and containers in the chemical industry.

Usage Instructions:
Use a lathe or milling machine to remove the surface heat treatment aging layer, generally removing 0.5-1 mm.
Select PCD-coated tools for milling processing.
Use PCD-coated drill bits, and follow the principle of drilling small holes before expanding them.
Ensure sufficient cooling with cutting fluid during processing to prevent burning and sticking.
It is recommended to use water-soluble cutting fluids.
