Product Introduction

PEI medical device components are lightweight, dimensionally stable parts used in diagnostic equipment, reusable instrument assemblies, laboratory systems, fluid-management hardware, and medical manufacturing tools. Machined examples include instrument handles, electrical housings, manifolds, sterilization-tray inserts, sight components, alignment guides, connector supports, and equipment fixtures. ULTEM 1000 offers an amber translucent appearance that can support visual inspection, together with insulation and inherent flame performance. ULTEM 2300 is reinforced for medical-equipment structures that need higher rigidity or better fastener-load retention. JUTAI produces custom PEI medical parts from customer drawings using CNC milling, turning, and selected grinding operations. Material decisions are based on intended use, cleaning chemistry, sterilization method, mechanical load, fluid contact, documentation, and applicable device controls. PEEK Natural

Unfilled PEEK offers greater heat, hydrolysis, chemical, and fatigue capability for demanding reusable-device components.

Consider for loaded instrument parts, repeated steam exposure, and medical hardware that exceeds the validated PEI range.

PEEK CF30

Carbon reinforcement raises stiffness and dimensional retention but changes color, conductivity, surface character, and imaging behavior.

Restricted to validated structural medical-equipment uses where fibers and electrical properties are acceptable.

PEEK GF30

Glass-filled PEEK supports rigid frames and sustained loads while presenting different wear and surface considerations from natural PEEK.

Used for enclosed supports or fixtures after cleaning, contact, and documentation requirements are confirmed.

ESD PEEK

Dissipative PEEK manages charge around sensitive diagnostic electronics rather than acting as a maximum-resistance insulator.

Manufacturing Capability
