PPS GF40 ROD is a 40% short-cut glass fiber reinforced polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) rod profile. This product exhibits excellent thermal stability, insulation, and flame retardancy. Compared to unreinforced PPS materials,chemical resistance polyphenylene sulfide offers a significantly higher heat deflection temperature, increased strength and modulus, improved wear resistance, and a lower coefficient of thermal expansion.
This product is suitable for environments with high stress under high temperatures, such as various mechanical load-bearing components, sealing bearing frameworks, and automotive chassis.
