JTYPEI®NA Ultem™ PEI Natural Rod is manufactured from premium virgin polyetherimide resin through precision extrusion to provide excellent dimensional stability, high mechanical strength, and outstanding thermal performance.
Compared with PEI sheets, PEI rods are specifically designed for machining rotational and cylindrical components, offering superior concentricity, excellent machinability, and minimal material waste during CNC turning.
PEI rods maintain excellent stiffness, electrical insulation, and creep resistance even under elevated temperatures, making them ideal for precision mechanical parts, semiconductor fixtures, electrical insulators, medical devices, aerospace components, and automation equipment.
