JUTAIPEEK®CF30 is a 30% short carbon fiber-reinforced polyetheretherketone (PEEK) profile, composed of carbon fibers and a PEEK resin matrix. Typically appears black in color.
JUTAIPEEK®NA is a profile made from pure PEEK resin. Typically appears beige in color.
The addition of carbon fibers enhances the overall mechanical strength of JUTAIPEEK®CF50, showing a 50% improvement compared to JUTAIPEEK®NA. It exhibits excellent tensile and flexural performance, with a modulus of no less than 10 GPa, ensuring high strength and stability under tension and bending.
Taking heat deflection temperature (HDT) as an example, JUTAIPEEK®CF50 demonstrates more than double the thermal performance of JUTAIPEEK®NA. It has strong thermo-mechanical load-bearing capacity, with an HDT exceeding 300°C, maintaining excellent mechanical properties in high-temperature environments and allowing for long-term use at 240°C.
JUTAIPEEK®NA exhibits outstanding electrical insulation, with low dielectric constant and dielectric loss. JUTAIPEEK®CF30, which incorporates carbon fibers, improves the electrical properties of the insulating PEEK matrix due to the conductive nature of carbon fibers.
