Anti-static, Surface resistivity: 10⁶ – 10⁹ Ω, high-temperature resistance, high strength and rigidity with creep resistance, high wear and cut resistance, chemical resistance, hydrolysis resistance, low smoke emission, and high purity.
Stable Surface Resistivity (10⁶–10⁹ Ω)
The PEEK ESD rod has a stable surface resistivity ranging from 10⁶ to 10⁹ ohms, making it an ideal choice for static-sensitive applications. It prevents the buildup of static charge, ensuring the protection of sensitive electronic components.
High Structural Strength and Rigidity
The material offers excellent structural strength and rigidity, ensuring durability and resistance to deformation under stress. This makes it ideal for precision fixtures and supporting components in high-performance environments.
Excellent Dimensional Stability
PEEK ESD rods maintain their dimensional integrity even under extreme temperatures or mechanical stress. The excellent dimensional stability ensures high-precision applications where tight tolerances are critical.
Outstanding Chemical Resistance
This PEEK ESD rod material offers outstanding chemical resistance, making it suitable for use in harsh chemical environments. It can withstand exposure to acids, bases, solvents, and other aggressive chemicals commonly found in various industries.
High-Temperature Resistance
JUTAIPEEK® ESD6-B is designed for high-temperature resistance, with a continuous operating temperature up to 240°C. This makes it suitable for applications where high thermal stability is necessary, such as in electronics manufacturing and automotive industries.
Hydrolysis Resistance
The hydrolysis resistance of PEEK ESD makes it an excellent choice for environments with exposure to moisture or humid conditions. This property prevents material degradation in applications that involve water or moisture exposure.
Low Smoke Emission
The material features low smoke emission, making it ideal for cleanroom environments and electronics assembly processes, where the prevention of contamination and smoke is critical.
High Purity
PEEK ESD rods are made with high purity, ensuring minimal contamination risk and suitability for high-tech industries like semiconductor manufacturing where purity is a top priority.
