JUTAIPEEK®GF30 ROD, PEEK GF30 ROD is a polyether ether ketone (PEEK) rod profile reinforced with 30% short-cut glass fibers. Compared to unreinforced PEEK rod, this product has significantly improved thermal deformation temperature, enhanced material strength and modulus, better wear resistance, and a lower thermal expansion coefficient.
This product is suitable for high-temperature environments that require resistance to high stress or friction and wear, such as semiconductor processing, precision bearings, mechanical load-bearing components, pressure pipelines and containers in the chemical industry, and electrical systems.
