JUTAIPEEK®WR02 SHEET is a Bearing Grade modified polyetheretherketone (PEEK) rod profile. It has the lowest coefficient of friction among all ketone-based polymers. It exhibits unique performance within the bearing-grade PEEK family, capable of sealing under lower pressures compared to 10-10-10 PEEK (such as 450FC30) or carbon fiber-reinforced grades (such as 450CA30) while still maintaining excellent wear resistance. Bearing Grade PEEK SHEET contains 20% uniformly dispersed PTFE powder, making it ideal for use in intermittent maintenance bushings and rotors in reusable medical devices and analytical instruments. Compared to unfilled PEEK, it has a 50% lower coefficient of friction and a 25% lower wear rate, making it highly suitable for limited-use bushings and rotors. Due to its unique composition, it can seal at lower pressures than unfilled and reinforced grades.

Use a lathe or milling machine to remove the surface heat treatment aging layer, generally removing 0.5-1mm.
For milling, choose PCD-coated tools.
For drilling, use PCD-coated drill bits, and follow the principle of drilling a pilot hole before enlarging.
During processing, ensure sufficient coolant to prevent material burning or tool sticking.
It is recommended to use water-soluble cutting fluids.
Storage Instructions:
Keep away from light, moisture, and oily substances.
If not in use, wrap it properly with film.
