JTYPEI®GF30, PEEI GF30 ROD is a 30% short-cut glass fiber reinforced polyetherimide (PEI) rod profile. This engineered polyetherimide offers excellent heat resistance, insulation properties, and flame retardancy. Compared to unreinforced polyetherimide (PEI) materials, it has significantly improved material strength and modulus, better wear resistance, and a smaller coefficient of thermal expansion.
This product can withstand high stress, fatigue stress, or impact stress in high-temperature environments, such as automotive parts (interior and exterior), semiconductor processing, precision bearings, mechanical load-bearing components, wind power equipment, new energy battery components, and electrical systems.
