| JUTAIPEEK® NA is an unfilled natural PEEK rod manufactured for precision-machined components used in high-temperature, chemically aggressive and mechanically demanding environments. PEEK rods are available in diameters from Ø4 to Ø300 mm, with standard lengths of 1,000 mm, 2,000 mm and 3,000 mm. Victrex® 450G and ZYPEEK® 770G resin options are available, together with cut-to-size, annealing and precision CNC machining services. JUTAIPEEK® NA is an unfilled, natural-colored polyether ether ketone rod developed for precision-machined components used in high-temperature, chemically aggressive and mechanically demanding environments.
The semi-crystalline structure of PEEK provides an excellent balance of mechanical strength, toughness, dimensional stability, fatigue resistance, creep resistance and electrical insulation.
JUTAIPEEK® NA rods are available from Ø4 to Ø300 mm, with lengths up to 3,000 mm. Commonly requested sizes are available from stock, while customized diameters, lengths and tolerances can be supplied according to customer requirements.
Victrex® 450G and ZYPEEK® 770G resin options are available to meet different technical, documentation and commercial requirements.
JUTAIPEEK® NA can provide a continuous service temperature of up to 250–260°C, depending on mechanical load, pressure, chemical environment and other application conditions. It also maintains good mechanical and dimensional performance under repeated thermal cycling.
Natural PEEK retains good tensile, compressive and flexural strength at elevated temperatures. It is suitable for structural and mechanical components requiring strength, toughness and low weight.
PEEK provides excellent resistance to long-term deformation under load and repeated mechanical stress, making it suitable for demanding dynamic and structural applications.
Natural PEEK offers excellent resistance to a wide range of oils, fuels, hydrocarbons, hot water, steam and industrial chemicals. Chemical compatibility should be confirmed for concentrated acids and specific combinations of concentration, temperature, pressure and exposure time.
Low moisture absorption, good creep resistance and a relatively low coefficient of thermal expansion help PEEK maintain dimensional accuracy during machining and long-term use.
Unfilled natural PEEK provides excellent dielectric performance across a wide temperature range and is suitable for high-performance electrical and electronic insulation components.
Natural PEEK offers good wear resistance and a relatively low coefficient of friction. For highly loaded sliding parts, dry-running bearings or particularly demanding wear applications, JUTAIPEEK® FC bearing-grade material is recommended.
PEEK is inherently flame-resistant and produces relatively low smoke and toxic gas emissions. It also provides good resistance to radiation environments. The applicable UL94 rating depends on resin grade and product thickness.
