| JUTAIPSU® NA is a natural polysulfone sheet designed for precision-machined components requiring heat resistance, hydrolysis resistance, dimensional stability, electrical insulation and resistance to hot water, steam, acids and saline solutions. Standard sheets are available in thicknesses from 1 to 100 mm, standard widths of 620 mm and lengths of 1,000 mm, 2,000 mm and 3,000 mm. Selected large-width formats up to 1,250 mm can be evaluated upon request. Cut-to-size supply, annealing and precision CNC machining are available. | |||||||||
JUTAIPSU® NA is an unfilled natural polysulfone sheet manufactured for precision-machined industrial components.
The material has a translucent amber appearance and combines heat resistance, hydrolysis resistance, dimensional stability, electrical insulation and good mechanical strength.
JUTAIPSU® NA sheet is suitable for components exposed to hot water, steam, detergents, many acids and saline solutions. It can be machined into structural, electrical, fluid-handling and equipment components.
Standard thicknesses range from 1 to 100 mm. Standard 620 mm-wide sheets are available in lengths of 1,000 mm, 2,000 mm and 3,000 mm.
Selected wider formats up to 1,250 mm may be available according to thickness, resin grade, production quantity and manufacturing requirements.
PSU maintains useful strength and stiffness at elevated temperatures and provides a typical glass transition temperature of approximately 187°C.
The recommended continuous operating temperature depends on load, pressure, chemical exposure, component geometry and required service life.
JUTAIPSU® NA provides good resistance to hot water, steam and repeated aqueous cleaning environments.
The material is suitable for selected medical, laboratory, food-processing, fluid-handling and industrial equipment components.
PSU provides good resistance to many mineral acids, saline solutions, detergents, oils and aqueous media.
It may be affected by ketones, chlorinated solvents, aromatic solvents and certain aggressive organic chemicals.
Chemical compatibility must be verified under actual operating conditions.
Low moisture absorption, good creep resistance and relatively low thermal expansion help machined parts maintain dimensional accuracy during temperature and humidity changes.
Natural PSU provides good dielectric strength and volume resistivity, making it suitable for selected insulating parts and electrical equipment components.
PSU provides good resistance to selected gamma and other sterilization methods, depending on resin grade, radiation dose, component thickness and required mechanical-property retention.
Radiation resistance is retained as a supporting property rather than the principal SEO positioning of this page.

JUTAIPSU® NA sheets are available in thicknesses from 1 to 100 mm. Stock availability depends on thickness, width, length and quantity.
The standard specification table uses a width of 620 mm. Selected wider sheets up to approximately 1,250 mm may be evaluated upon request.
Yes. JUTAI provides sawing, cutting, surface preparation and CNC machining according to customer dimensions or drawings.
Natural PSU is normally translucent amber rather than optically clear. Transparency decreases as sheet thickness increases.
PSU provides good hydrolysis resistance and can retain useful properties in hot-water and steam environments. Final suitability depends on temperature, pressure, exposure duration and mechanical loading.
It can be used in selected food-processing and medical-equipment applications, but compliance depends on the specific resin grade and the applicable regulatory documentation.
Selected PSU grades can be considered for AWE electrolyzer frames and insulating structural components. Compatibility must be evaluated according to KOH concentration, temperature, pressure, compression load and required service life.
