JUTAIPPS®NA Sheet is a high-performance semi-crystalline Polyphenylene Sulfide (PPS) engineering plastic sheet designed for demanding applications requiring exceptional thermal stability, chemical resistance, dimensional precision, and long-term mechanical reliability. Manufactured from premium PPS resin, the material combines high rigidity with outstanding resistance to heat, chemicals, creep, and electrical stress, making it an ideal alternative to metal and conventional engineering plastics in high-end industrial systems.
Its highly ordered molecular structure provides superior crystallinity and stability, allowing the sheet to maintain excellent mechanical properties even under continuous exposure to elevated temperatures, aggressive chemicals, humidity, and high electrical loads. Compared with standard engineering plastics such as PA, POM, and PBT, PPS offers significantly better heat resistance and dimensional stability, while delivering a more economical solution than ultra-high-end polymers like PEEK and PI.
