JUTAIPPS®NA Rod is a premium-grade Polyphenylene Sulfide (PPS) engineering plastic rod specifically developed for high-precision machined components operating under demanding thermal, mechanical, and chemical conditions. Featuring exceptional rigidity, excellent wear resistance, superior creep resistance, and stable electrical insulation properties, the rod material is ideal for manufacturing complex industrial components with long service life and reliable dimensional accuracy.

The semi-crystalline molecular structure of PPS gives the rod excellent hardness and stability while maintaining processability for precision CNC machining. Compared with conventional engineering plastics, PPS rod provides significantly improved resistance to heat deformation, aggressive chemicals, and continuous mechanical loading. It is increasingly used as a lightweight substitute for metal parts in modern industrial systems.
