| JUTAIPEEK® NA Rod is a premium natural PEEK rod manufactured for precision-machined components operating in extreme environments. Combining outstanding mechanical strength, wear resistance, self-lubricating properties, and exceptional chemical stability, it performs reliably at continuous temperatures up to 260°C (500°F). The material maintains dimensional stability under load while providing excellent fatigue and creep resistance. JUTAIPEEK® NA Rod is an extruded unfilled polyether ether ketone (PEEK) semi-finished stock shape developed for demanding mechanical and industrial applications. The material combines the toughness of advanced engineering plastics with the strength and durability required to replace traditional metal components.
The semi-crystalline structure of PEEK provides an excellent balance of rigidity, toughness, fatigue resistance, and dimensional stability across a wide operating temperature range.
JUTAIPEEK® NA Rod retains excellent tensile and compressive strength even at elevated temperatures, making it suitable for highly loaded structural and dynamic components.
Its naturally low coefficient of friction and excellent wear resistance allow reliable operation in dry-running or poorly lubricated conditions.
The material resists virtually all industrial chemicals, oils, fuels, and process fluids while maintaining performance in hot water and steam environments.
