JUTAIPI®NA PI Sheet is a premium thermosetting polyimide sheet developed for extreme thermal, electrical, and semiconductor-related environments. Manufactured from high-purity polyimide resin, the material offers outstanding rigidity, low thermal expansion, and long-term dimensional stability under elevated temperatures and continuous mechanical stress.
Unlike conventional engineering plastics, JUTAIPI®NA sheets retain their structural integrity in ultra-high-temperature conditions without softening or melting. The material is capable of continuous operation at temperatures up to 300°C and short-term exposure beyond 400°C. Its naturally low outgassing behavior and excellent dielectric properties make it particularly suitable for cleanroom and vacuum processing applications.
The sheet material also demonstrates excellent flame resistance, low dielectric loss, radiation resistance, and stable electrical insulation performance over a wide temperature range. In semiconductor manufacturing equipment, JUTAIPI®NA PI sheets are frequently used where contamination control, thermal insulation, and plasma resistance are critical.
Due to their flat-profile structure and excellent machinability, PI sheets are widely fabricated into precision thermal barriers, chamber insulation plates, wafer handling fixtures, electronic insulation components, semiconductor test platforms, and custom high-temperature support parts.
