JUTAI PFA Rod is manufactured from premium perfluoroalkoxy (PFA) resin through precision extrusion or molding processes, providing exceptional chemical resistance, thermal stability, electrical insulation and excellent machinability. Combining the outstanding chemical performance of PTFE with the advantage of melt processability, PFA rods are widely used as semi-finished materials for machining high-performance components operating in aggressive chemical and high-temperature environments.
To meet the needs of different industries, JUTAI offers both Industrial Grade and Ultra-pure Grade PFA rods. Industrial Grade is suitable for general chemical processing and industrial equipment, while Ultra-pure Grade is produced from semiconductor-grade PFA resin with extremely low extractable metal ions and superior cleanliness for contamination-sensitive applications.
The smooth surface, low friction coefficient and excellent mechanical properties make PFA rods an ideal choice for manufacturing valves, seals, pump components, semiconductor parts, laboratory equipment and other precision-machined components.
