JUTAI New Materials recently attended a hydrogen-industry exchange. With a focus on materials and processing, we continue to explore the needs of non-metallic components in hydrogen equipment.
As industries work to cut emissions and transition their energy systems, renewable hydrogen production and hydrogen use in industry and transport are gaining attention. China’s relevant plans also prioritize development across production, storage, transport and use, alongside innovation in key technologies and equipment.
Bringing low-emission hydrogen projects into practical use also requires progress on cost, demand and supporting infrastructure. From a materials and processing perspective, beyond the equipment design itself, material suitability and component fit must be addressed through manufacturing and validation.
JUTAI New Materials supplies high-performance engineering plastics, produces stock shapes and precision-machines parts. Guided by customer drawings and actual operating conditions, we connect material selection with component manufacturing.
For resin electrode frames, insulating supports and ring-shaped parts, we can discuss material grades, machined features, critical dimensions and inspection requirements. Considering material selection and processing together helps translate performance requirements into manufacturable parts.
Precision Frame Machining
With years of experience machining electrode frames, JUTAI can design dedicated fixtures and refine processes to meet drawing requirements for critical dimensions and assembly interfaces.
Injection-Molding Development
Alongside precision machining, JUTAI is expanding its injection-molding capability. A 320-ton injection-molding machine recently arrived, providing an equipment basis for exploring larger electrode frames.
Next, we will commission the machine and validate weld-line position and molding quality through mold design and process optimization, preparing to support larger-frame injection-molding projects.
From raw materials to finished delivery, JUTAI coordinates material inputs, stock-shape quality, process control, inspection and packaging. Specific controls and acceptance criteria follow the drawings and mutually agreed requirements.
Building on its existing material and processing services, JUTAI is exploring needs for resin electrode frames, insulating structural parts and ring-shaped components in hydrogen equipment. The following applications are starting points for further discussion by equipment location.
Temperature, pressure, media and assembly requirements vary by system and component. Suitability must be confirmed against the actual operating conditions and validation results.
Product images show appearance only. Specific locations, materials and suitability must be confirmed for each project.
